I chose this hostel for attending a trade show in Singapore and it provided me with a comfortable stay. The staff was friendly and the location in Chinatown was convenient for exploring the city. The facilities were clean and the breakfast was excellent.
The only service I missed for my work was a reliable and fast internet connection.

The location of this place was perfect! It was close to all the big stores and restaurants, so getting what I needed was a breeze. Another great thing was the friendly staff, especially the young receptionist. He was so helpful and really went above and beyond to assist me with transportation and solving any problems I had. A big thank you to him!
One major downside was the lack of a common area. This meant that the rooms were always packed with people, making it impossible to get a good night's rest.

We had a fantastic stay at this hostel. The location was excellent, right in the middle of a bustling neighborhood with food stalls and the MRT station just seconds away. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, especially the girl at the reception. The beds were comfortable, and the room was clean and had everything we needed. The hotel also provided a $2 breakfast coupon for each morning, making breakfast more affordable.
No issues.

We had a wonderful stay at Royal Hostel. the girl at reception was incredibly kind-hearted and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. the hostel is located in the heart of Chinatown, with plenty of food stalls and the famous Chinatown Market just a stone's throw away. the beds were extremely comfortable, and the rooms were kept clean and cool throughout our stay. We also appreciated the daily cleaning of the rooms and the constant availability of disinfectants and soaps, especially during these times. the bathrooms were constantly cleaned as well. we received breakfast vouchers that could be used at two nearby restaurants. the staff were very friendly and accommodating. One small recommendation would be to add a small ledge in the smaller bathroom for placing toiletries while showering.
Nothing negative to say 😊.

I absolutely loved the cozy and welcoming atmosphere of the hotel. The decorations were elegant and tasteful, creating a comfortable environment for a senior like me. The general areas were clean and well-maintained, making it easy for me to navigate around. Additionally, I appreciated the accessibility features in place, such as well-lit hallways and handrails, which catered to the needs of senior people like myself.
I would have wished for the children working there to be a bit more attentive to the needs of senior guests. It would have been even more perfect if there were more assistance available to help with luggage or provide information about nearby attractions suitable for seniors.

I loved the charming and unique decorations throughout the hostel, especially in the common areas. It made me feel like I was in a cozy home away from home. the hostel was conveniently located in the heart of China Town, making it easily accessible for senior people like me to explore the vibrant neighborhood.
I would have appreciated if the children working there could provide more assistance and guidance specifically tailored for senior guests.

For the price we paid, our stay at the hostel was just what we expected. The room was peaceful and quiet, despite being in a busy area like Chinatown. The location was absolutely perfect, right in the middle of the bustling Chinatown food street and just a few steps away from the metro station, making it very convenient for exploring the city. The staff treated us well and the air conditioning in the room was a savior after a long day of sightseeing.
Hotel breakfast could have been better with more variety and options to choose from.
